Complaints Procedures

We take all complaints very seriously. If you have a complaint about any of our gift hampers please e-mail us at info@gifttherapy.com.au in the first instance or give us a call on 0451 910 003.

We acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and investigate the complaint immediately. We'll keep you fully informed during the investigation and endeavour to resolve all disputes within a few days. If necessary, a full refund or exchange will be offered. If you have any comments on how we may improve our complaints procedures, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Our store policy aims to follow best practice complaints handling procedures.

User Feedback/Submission

If you send submissions (e.g. creative ideas, proposals, plans, etc) via post, email, or online, we may edit, copy and/or distribute comments that you forward to us.

​

The Seller is under no obligation to: maintain comments in confidence; pay compensation for comments.

We have the right to edit/remove content that we determine as unlawful, defensive and/or threatening.
